Dear Sirs,

On the day of the funeral everything went exactly as we could have wanted under the circumstances. From transport arrangements to checking the vicar had arranged for our chosen exit doors to be opened. From moving the flowers round to the graveside whilst the ceremony was on, to checking the cassette player was set up for our chosen piece of music played, everything was overseen for us and you ensued that a very traumatic time was hassle free.

I just wanted to let you know how much pressure it takes off when you can trust a good, professional firm. If anything goes wrong at a time like that it just adds to the complete misery you already feel, but there was never any chance of that happening here.
